For Compass Group Danmark we have developed the visual identity, concept, name, video, web, content and SoMe strategy for the trainee program Kulinariet. Overall there is a shortage of students within gastronomic educations and with Kulinariet we hope to turn this around with Compass Group. It has been an exciting challenge as we communicate to a very young target group, many of whom have already opted out of professional educations. However by using primarily the story format on Facebook and Instagram the results are positive, and we will be optimising the campaign as we go. It is a long-time commitment and we look forward following the campaign and creating lots of trainee positions.
